A Brazilian rosewood fingerboard features abalone slotted diamonds and squares inlays, with elegant details like an ebony belly bridge, ebony binding with herringbone purfling, and a traditional tortoise pickguard. A slotted headstock with nickel tuners and ebony buttons completes the classic look. Advanced X-bracing of Adirondack spruce gives the top incredible responsiveness and balance, while small touches like the zig-zag backstrip and 18-style rosette tie the guitar into Thompson’s pre-war aesthetic.
